These terms cover your use of ClientGuard and the paid full audit. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
ClientGuard (www.clientguard.app) is run by Peak Apps Studio. You can reach us at info@peakappsstudio.com.
What the site does
ClientGuard measures how much of your revenue depends on your largest clients. The free calculator and the free file check give you a risk score and your largest shares. The full audit adds every client ranked with flags, the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, a benchmark comparison and a 12-step action plan, and is emailed to you.
Check your figures
The results are only as accurate as the file you upload or the numbers you type in, so check that they cover the right clients and period. The score, benchmark and action plan are general information worked out from those numbers. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, so talk to a qualified adviser before you make a significant decision based on them.
The full audit
- The full audit costs $39 (US dollars), paid once. It is not a subscription.
- Your Gumroad receipt includes a license key. Enter it on the upload page with your revenue file, and the report is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
- The same key works for up to 10 audit runs, so you can run the audit again later. Please keep the key to yourself and your business.
- Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and collects any sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Reply to your order email.
A refund of the full audit is paid back through Gumroad, and the license key stops working once a purchase is refunded.
Your data and acceptable use
Only upload revenue data you are allowed to share with us. The check needs nothing more than client names and revenue, so leave other personal details out of the file. Please do not:
- try to get around the license check, or share license keys publicly;
- attack, overload or probe the site, or send it large numbers of automated requests;
- use the site for anything that breaks the law.
We may block access for anyone who does. How we handle uploaded files is explained in our privacy policy.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, that come from using the site or from decisions you make based on its results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the audit changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
